Reservation Policy
We offer limited reservations. If you cannot find your preferred time, please call us directly during hours of normal operation at (832) 344-3508 or submit a request via email to info@parkplacekaty.com. We recommend checking wait times about 30 minutes prior to your desired arrival time. Please call us if you do not see a reservation time available for date/time that you are requesting.
LARGE PARTY RESERVATIONS
For parties of 7 or more we do require a deposit to secure your reservation. Please call us directly during normal business hours at (832) 344-3508 or send us an email LARGE PARTY RESERVATION REQUEST to pay your deposit. The deposit is $20.00 per person and will be applied towards your final bill. For Large Parties, we require at least 12 hours’ notice for any reservation changes or cancellations. Any last-minute changes, cancellations, or no-shows are subject to a $20/per person charge.
